Business Development Executive –male/female

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement marketing strategies, taking into consideration current industry trends
  • Conduct market research on potential clients and existing competitors, ensuring the organisation is competitive in its service offering and corresponding pricing
  • Prospect for new clients and actively promote organisation's services to grow customer base and to achieve sales revenue targets
  • Maintain current client accounts, cross-selling and up-selling to ensure continuity and retention
  • Work closely with internal/external clients on marketing collaterals (including website, brochures and corporate gifts)
  • Scan various medias for potential business opportunities and develop new corporate business opportunities
  • Develop business proposals and follow up closely with clients/partners through business meetings and marketing events to secure new business
  • Maintain database of clients and trainers and ensure information is up-to-date and ready for scheduled marketing contact to be made via various marketing channels
  • Support the Director in the general administration, including finance and budgeting, of the organisation
