How fast is delivery?
At Rambler we are proud of our reputation as industry leaders and have innovated for years – faster production times is something we are proud of. Each product varies as to how long it takes. As a rough guide any item that takes longer than 4 weeks will have that mentioned on the product page, most other things can be supplied 1-3 weeks. Call for specific advice about your promotion and its timelines.
Can I get smaller quantities?
Yes we aim to provide the amount you require but keep in mind that some products maintain low prices due to the volume ordered. Please call or email us and we can guide you through the order processing system.
How do I order and what happens then?
Once you are happy with our quote you can confirm you wish to proceed by either emailing or calling us. You will receive an order acknowledgement stating all the order details, in addition to this you may receive an artwork approval depending on the nature of the product, and this may include your logo or branding.
Can you price match?
We always aim to give the most competitive costs for our products and services, however we will not sacrifice your brand image to win a job with a low quality, low priced item.
Do you ship overseas?
We have lots of customers overseas, and we will help any overseas buyer with a purchase. Shipping costs will be confirmed upon receipt of your required delivery address and indicated on our quote.
Can you send a sales representative to see us?
Of course, we have extensive knowledge that we wish to share with you, ensuring you identify the correct products that are suited to you or your organization. Please email or call us to arrange a suitable time and date for a meeting.
We are a charity – can you discount?
Rambler are extremely sympathetic to the needs of charities and other not-for-profit organizations – tell us what you need and we will do our best to help however we can.
Do you have samples of the products?
Yes we hold a range of samples and our collaboration with various companies at the forefront of all the latest products allow us to obtain samples on request. Please note some product lines we do not hold or supply samples. Please contact us and let us know what products you would like to see and we will do our best to arrange this for you.
Do prices include logos or branding?
Our quote will state that branding is included and how many print colours are required. Or in the case of plain stock products it will state its plain stock.
How do I supply my logo or branding?
You can email us your logo, please include Pantone Colours of applicable, we prefer artwork in a vector format such as Illustrator, EPS or PDF. If you do not hold a vector graphic and you only hold a Jpeg, GIF or PNG please email this to us and we can review its suitability. If you need confirmation please call or email us.

Rambler is based in Doha, Qatar but we have are able to facilitate orders from across the globe.
