Terms & Conditions
Cancellations, Changes & Returns
Accepted only with prior written approval from Rambler. No cancellations will be accepted if order is in process. Any costs incurred by Seller prior to acceptance of cancellation will be invoiced. Changes to orders (prior to production) may require an extra cost.
Product & Colour
Rambler cannot guarantee exact shade, colour, size, texture, or construction of finished goods as they vary from lot to lot. Customer may check actual product prior to ordering if this is a concern or issue. Exact duplication of colours including PMS (pantone matching system) colours is not always possible, Rambler will match the colours as closely as possible.
Trademarks
Customer assumes complete responsibility for artwork and warrants that they have the right to use the marks, symbols, or designs depicted in the artwork. Rambler relies on the customer’s representation that they are authorized to utilize any copy or marks and customer holds Rambler harmless and will indemnify Rambler for any and all claims resulting from printing, embroidery or other embellishments performed for customer by Rambler.
Warranties
Rambler provides warranty on all goods and services equal to that of the original supplier, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping
Title to the goods shall pass to customer upon delivery to customer or common freight carrier at the shipping point. Rambler is not responsible for delays, lost goods or damages caused by the freight carrier but will assist in tracking shipments. Shipping dates are estimated and not guaranteed.
Overseas Shipping
Each country may have unique customs laws. These special requirements may delay or increase our standard delivery time.
Delays
In the event Rambler will not be liable for any losses which the customer suffers as a result of ordering not being available or for delays or errors in transmitting orders.
Limitation & Liability
In no event shall Rambler be liable to customer for any amount greater that the amount paid to Rambler to provide goods or services. All transactions are subject to and governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.

We are able to process personal and corporate cheques, bank transfers, card payments and cash. Please check your quotation which will verify the payment terms and conditions.
